1. We do not offer same day tax preparation and filing
2. We require copies: Driver License, Last 3 Years of tax returns, and a voided check
WE WILL NOT TAKE ANY INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE
3. We only accept referrals now and local clients to the Altoona, PA area.
4. Please do not use vulgar language, be pushy, or downright rude. Morality is declining and we want no part in that.
5. We have limited appointment times as we have another job to work at after 4/15
6. Our prices have increased due to inflation and rough economic times. Payment is due at time of filing and we NO LONGER FILE A TAX RETURN UNLESS WE RECEIVE PAYMENT
